DIFFERENT STONE NAMES
Baguette - Rectangular shape with corners softened and many facets. Can be cut tapered or straight.
Briolette - All around pear shape with equal facets.
Cushion - Rectangular or square shape with corners softened and many facets.
Marquise/Navette - A faceted stone shaped like a lentil viewed from the side.
Pear - A teardrop shaped stone.
Princess Cut - A square stone with facets that achieve the flash of a brilliant cut.
Round/Brilliant - A round faceted stone.
Square - A square stone with facets which follow the shape of the stone.
Taper - A Baguette (see above) that is cut so that one end is narrower than another.
Trilliant, Trillion - A triangular faceted stone
